Writer's Block.

I want to write a new Chapter, but i ain't got time. :(
I like the part already but homeworks are getting in the way. It's a miracle that i still got time to post here in my blog. I really like this thing. ;)

Is it even normal to have a writer's block when you have a draft and an outline waiting for you at your desk? Or maybe it's just the excitement that's gone?
